Great customer service. McKenzie Myers is very welcoming, patient above all very knowledgeable and helpful. She is such an awesome spirit. I recommend her. For those that may be judgmental about ladies sales person- Yes she is a female sales person however she delivers an over the top experience. My family and I was very pleased to have her take care of our sale and we left very happy.

I scheduled a test drive online at 1AM and walked into the dealership at 10. I received an email response and Rob was waiting with the car ready when we arrived at 10. We took a test drive and Rob answered all my questions. I bought the car a d loved the direct approach. No high pressure; no passing up the chain of command. The manager stopped by to introduce himself. The finance person was equally great. 100% satisfied.

Giambalvo Mazda is one of the best dealerships I have ever visited and supported. The staff are extremely accommodating and helpful with their services. Every time I visited this dealer for service on my CX-5, the technicians are honest about what I need and don't need for each service and are helpful with recommending tires, repairs as necessary. When I was shopping for a new vehicle, I had the pleasure of working with Michael and Steve--both of whom are extremely knowledgeable about their offerings at Mazda and what Mazda offers better than competitors. They were kind enough to allow me to test drive multiple times and I really appreciated the no-pressure sales team at Giambalvo. Michael even offered to request dealer trades to get the exact model, trim, and color of the car that I wanted! Prices are marked fairly, trade-in values are generous, and there are often dealer-led incentives to make sure you are getting a good deal. While I ultimately ended up purchasing a vehicle from another brand, the sales team at Giambalvo left a great impression on making the car buying experience a pleasure rather than a chore. I will not hesitate to recommend Giambalvo Mazda as the one stop shop for all Mazda needs.

I had an amazing experience with Jack Giambalvo Mazda. I always go for servicing because my previous car was bought with them when they were J.G. Hyundai-Mazda. I walked in and told my salesman, Michael K., that I didn’t think I wanted to buy that day. However, after test driving and everything, I just couldn’t pass it up! Michael was a really good salesman, not pushy at all, which I always appreciate. He was also very kind, caring, empathetic, and personable. I told him my situation with my previous vehicle and everything and he was so understanding. He even kept asking if I was sure about my decision because he knew I was not necessarily looking at putting anything down that day. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I worked with an amazing salesman. 10/10 would recommend Jack Giambalvo Mazda and Michael!! :)

I had a wonderful experience here. I found the car I had been searching desperately for. It happened to be 5.5 hours away. I contacted them over the weekend after they closed. They reached out to me early Monday morning. Gentleman named Braxton was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions. Then I was able to speak with the sales manager Steve. He was also helpful and responded to my emails quickly. They agreed to hold the car for me for one day because I couldn't travel until 2 days later. They even sent me a walk around video, showing the car in greater depth and mentioning me by name! My heart was set on that car! When I got there I met a friendly and helpful salesman, Mike. He went on my test drive with me. I was pretty nervous, but he made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole process was comfortable and simple. We did notice the car had a punctured tire, right before signing paper work. The sales manager Steve came out and shook my hand. He told me they could not get a new tire until the next day day, but he could discount the car so I could stay in a hotel for the night or I could travel home with a donut and he'd discount the car for the purchase of a new tire. I explained that both of those options wouldn't work for me. They figured it out quickly and was able to replace the tire for me within 15 minutes. When it came to paper work with Steve, it was smooth sailing. He had a guy in training watching and helping us go through it. My biggest concern was a low monthly payment. And I did want a warranty but I didn't want to pay a whole lot more. They offered to cut the monthly cost in half for the warranty. It still wasn't in my price range. The trainee realized I could move my loan even further out (75 months) bringing the monthly cost down even more and allowing me to have coverage. I was able to get the coverage I wanted. My car is beautiful and everything I wanted it to be! Im so glad I made the choice to go all the way out there. I would recommend!! 10/10
